Human Resource Business Partner, HRBP, Senior HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development programs.
• Manage employee grievances and conflicts in a fair, timely, and effective manner while maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide data-driven insights to inform future decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in Business HR or similar role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, laws, regulations governing employment practices in India.
• Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that drive business results through improved employee retention rates.
