About this role
Job Description:
- Partner with Sales leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and business priorities.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee connects, grievances, and exits.
- Drive performance management, PIPs, promotions, and internal movements and lead employee engagement and retention initiatives and analyze attrition trends.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, succession planning, internal mobility, and manpower optimization.
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, MIS, and people metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and statutory compliance.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Sales Directors, Business Heads, and Sales Managers.
