Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department with various recruitment, operations and administrative activities across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment in the Apparel & Fashion industry, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail store positions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Collect and maintain employee documents and personal files.
• Update employee records and maintain data in HRONE software.
• Monitor attendance, leave applications, leave balances, and regularisation requests.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Area Managers for employee-related queries and documentation.
• Follow up on employee confirmations and probation reviews.
• Assist in employee induction, orientation, and engagement activities.
• Draft and circulate HR notices, announcements, and official communications.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR MIS reports.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Skills Required:

* Basic understanding of recruitment processes within the Apparel / Fashion / Textile industry.

* Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

* Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

* Prior experience or internship in HR / Recruitment within the Retail or Apparel sector preferred.

* Knowledge of the garment manufacturing lifecycle/ Retail will be an added advantage.
