Human Resource Associate

Responsibilities:

Female Candidates are preferred from Western line (Mumbai Suburbs).

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and closing offers.
• Should have experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Understand job requirements and create engaging job postings to attract the right candidates.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• An ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles, preparing the job description in case required.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search in different job sites).
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Support in employee engagement activities
• Handle documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Required Skills:

• Graduates in B.Com / B.A / BBA are eligible to apply
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
