Eligibility Criteria

- Students recently completed MBA/Graduation in HR
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Manage onboarding activities, including documentation and joining formalities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Assist employee engagement, and operational support.
• Maintain HR systems, trackers, and support overall HR processes.
