Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Apprentice to support end-to-end hiring across retail and corporate functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, campus engagement, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles
• Assist in campus engagement initiatives and bulk hiring drives
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates (any stream)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Keen interest in HR / Talent Acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
