Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Looking for an HR Analyst who can manage HR data, prepare reports, create dashboards, and provide insights to improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze employee, recruitment, attrition, and performance data.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Track HR metrics and identify trends.
- Maintain accurate HR data and conduct data audits.
- Share reports and insights with management.
- Support HR projects and workforce planning.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Analytics.
- Experience in HR Analytics or MIS Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of HRIS tools is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
