Human Resource Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement people analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting on attrition rates, employee engagement scores, and other metrics to senior leadership.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on analytics or reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
