Human Resource Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
• Design and implement data visualization tools using Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel to analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs through data-driven insights.
• Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in an HR role or related field as a Human Resource Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language along with expertise in SQL database management systems.
• Experience working with Dashboards software such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
