Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics professional to manage HR data, reporting, and workforce analytics at our plant location in Tirunelveli.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Analyze manpower, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce trends.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Track manpower deployment and productivity metrics.
• Support HR management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Coordinate with plant HR and other departments for HR data and reports.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics / HR MIS / Plant HR Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Experience in handling large employee datasets and HR dashboards.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.
