Human Capital Operations - Analyst/Sr Analyst

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Human Capital Operations role, preferably within a financial services or professional services environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  
• Solid understanding of Human Capital processes, policies, labor regulations and compliance requirements across the APAC region; experience supporting regional and/or global Human Capital Operations is a strong advantage.
  
• Hands-on experience with Human Capital systems, particularly Workday, Greenhouse ATS, Sterling and ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
  
• Demonstrated experience in process transformation is an advantage, including identifying inefficiencies, driving improvements, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, global environment.
