Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support the HR team with resume screening and candidate communication.
• Assist with AI & HR innovation.
• Research and evaluate AI tools that can improve HR operations.
• Build and optimize AI prompts for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist in automating repetitive HR workflows using AI and no-code automation tools.
