Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Position: HR Operations / Recruitment Executive

Recruitment Process: Dubai-Based Blue-Collar Hiring

Salary: 25,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Language Requirement: Fluent Hindi is Mandatory

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Open Positions: 10

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Dubai-based blue-collar positions.
• Coordinate with candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Coordinate recruitment documentation and onboarding.
• Address candidate queries and provide recruitment support.
