About the Role
The Hub Manager owns the end-to-end operations of hub . You will be the single point of accountability for your hubs P&L, team health, and customer promise. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the heart of our quick-commerce engine.
What You’ll Own
- Hub Operations & Fulfillment
- Run daily store operations across inbound, storage, professionals, rider management.
- Maintain order fill rates and completion within SLA windows.
- People & Performance
- Lead, schedule, and foster a team of professionals, riders, and store associates.
- Own attendance, roster planning, and surge staffing in coordination with HR.
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and on-the-floor coaching sessions.
- Build a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
- Inventory & P&L
- Manage hub-level inventory health: stock accuracy, wastage %, and dead-stock clearance.
