Role & responsibilities

• Allocating slots for walk-ins and visits
• Managing the team of relationship managers at the hub
• Scheduling HTD
• Building a relationship with the customer at the retail hub, understanding their needsandnegotiating as needed
• Managing the hub inventory
• Meeting and engaging with customers, showing them cars and conducting test drives
• Ensuring that any issues are resolved

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience in B2C sales and operations
• At least 2 years of team handling
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Graduate degree
• Good verbal communication skills English, Hindi and regional
