Hub Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels at assigned hubs to ensure optimal stock mix, quantity, and value alignment with city PDP.
  
• Oversee daily operations of warehouses, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve service levels, and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements through GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and issue memos.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent team handling skills for managing a team of warehouse staff.
  
• Ability to analyze data to optimize inventory planning and reduce waste.
