Location: KR Market, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Hub In-Charge to manage daily hub operations at KR Market, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for shipment handling, staff coordination, dispatch management, operational efficiency, and ensuring timely movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched within the defined timelines.
• Monitor pending, delayed, damaged, and misrouted shipments and take corrective action.
• Manage hub staff, allocate duties, and monitor team productivity.
• Coordinate with delivery executives, transport teams, and other hubs.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data, and daily MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and safety guidelines.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
• Maintain hub cleanliness, security, and proper shipment handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, warehouse, or hub operations is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
