Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle rider/delivery executive allocation, attendance and performance.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track daily productivity, SLA/TAT and operational targets.
• Manage COD reconciliation and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper hub discipline, housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Manage and motivate the hub team to achieve operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, hub operations, warehouse or delivery operations.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates from logistics, e-commerce, courier or last-mile delivery backgrounds preferred.
