Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day hub operations at Moodbidri, Karnataka. The role will involve managing inbound, sorting, outbound, delivery operations, manpower, rider coordination and overall hub performance. Logistics and courier operations are established in the Moodbidri area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging and outbound activities.
• Ensure shipments are processed within defined SLA / TAT.
• Manage Delivery Executives / Riders and coordinate daily manpower requirements.
• Handle rider allocation, attendance, productivity and performance.
• Monitor COD collection, reconciliation and submission.
• Track shipment aging, pending shipments, RTO and delivery performance.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and shipment movement.
• Maintain hub-level MIS and operational reports.
• Coordinate with line-haul, last-mile and other operational teams.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper hub housekeeping, safety and process compliance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Moodbidri and nearby areas for delivery operations and rider hiring.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; Diploma/PUC can be considered based on relevant experience.
• Experience: 2–5 years in Hub Operations / Logistics / Courier / Warehouse / Last-Mile Operations.
• Good knowledge of local geography around Moodbidri.
• Strong manpower and rider management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and operational dashboards.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle operational requirements.
