Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hub Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our logistics hub at Kogilu, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch and last-mile delivery operations while managing hub staff and Delivery Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily hub operations including inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, staging and outbound dispatch.
• Ensure all shipments are processed within defined SLA and TAT.
• Manage and monitor Delivery Executives/Riders, including attendance, productivity, allocation and performance.
• Plan daily manpower based on shipment volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor rider hiring, availability, retention and productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery and minimize RTO, NDR and undelivered shipments.
• Monitor and reconcile COD collections and cash handling.
• Track shipment movement and ensure proper scanning and system updates.
• Handle customer and operational escalations related to deliveries.
• Conduct daily performance reviews with Team Leads/Supervisors and ground staff.
• Monitor hub KPIs such as delivery success rate, productivity, TAT, SLA, RTO and rider performance.
• Ensure proper handling, security and movement of shipments within the hub.
• Conduct regular stock/shipment audits and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain daily MIS and prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines and process standards.
• Coordinate with HR, transport, customer support and central operations teams.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support peak-season planning and additional manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate preferred; Diploma/PUC candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience: 1-4 years in Logistics, Last Mile, E-commerce, Courier or Hub Operations.
• Prior experience as Hub Incharge / Hub Manager / Hub Supervisor / Operations Lead is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery and hub operations.
• Experience in rider/Delivery Executive management.
• Good knowledge of SLA, TAT, RTO, NDR and COD processes.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and high-volume operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and operational dashboards.
• Candidate should be comfortable travelling locally when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from E-commerce, Courier, Last-Mile Delivery, 3PL, Logistics, FMCG Distribution or Supply Chain with hands-on experience in hub operations and rider management will be preferred.
