Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and shipment processing.
• Supervise hub staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to delivery SLAs.
• Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and hub records.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and minimize RTO rates.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with line haul, last-mile, and support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Address customer and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain hub assets, equipment, and overall operational efficiency.
