Hub Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of the assigned hub.
• Ensure daily achievement of delivery, clearance, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Manage Hub In-Charges, delivery executives, and hub staff.
• Plan manpower requirements and ensure optimum resource utilization.
• Monitor shipment inbound, sorting, dispatch, delivery, and returns.
• Track hub performance and take corrective actions for operational gaps.
• Manage delivery partner/vendor performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, security, and operational processes.
• Handle customer and operational escalations.
• Prepare and review daily MIS and performance reports.
• Control operational costs and improve hub productivity.
• Coordinate with Control Tower, HR, Finance, and central operations teams.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure proper maintenance of hub infrastructure.
• Drive team engagement, performance, and retention.
