Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hub Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the hub at Jigani, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing hub operations, manpower, shipments, delivery/dispatch activities, productivity, SLA adherence, inventory, and overall hub performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hub operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Handle inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch and delivery operations.
• Manage and supervise hub staff, delivery executives and support teams.
• Plan manpower and allocate resources based on daily shipment volume.
• Monitor shipment ageing, pending shipments, undelivered shipments and RTOs.
• Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched within defined SLA/TAT.
• Track daily operational KPIs, productivity and service levels.
• Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, transport teams and other hubs for smooth movement of shipments.
• Monitor hub inventory, shipment reconciliation and system updates.
• Ensure proper scanning and documentation of shipments.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines and operational processes.
• Train, motivate and monitor team performance.
• Manage peak-volume situations and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors/3PL partners wherever applicable.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hub, logistics and last-mile operations.
• Experience in managing a team and high-volume shipment operations.
• Good knowledge of inbound/outbound, sorting, dispatch, delivery and RTO processes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict SLAs.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Knowledge of WMS/Logistics software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, last-mile delivery or hub operations.
• Candidates with experience as Hub Incharge / Hub Manager / Hub Supervisor / Operations Executive / Last Mile Manager will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
