Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Manage delivery associates and hub staff, including attendance and productivity.
• Ensure timely dispatch and achievement of delivery SLAs.
• Monitor RTO, NDR, undelivered shipments, and aging shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss, damage, or pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational processes.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with central operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations at the hub level.
