Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise hub staff and delivery executives.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle customer and operational issues.
• Maintain daily reports and records.
• Ensure proper handling and timely movement of shipments.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth hub functioning.
