Shadowfax is looking for experienced professionals to join our Last Mile Operations team as Hub Incharge / Team Leader!

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end last-mile hub operations.
* Lead rider hiring, onboarding, and workforce management.
* Monitor key operational metrics, including OFD, FASR, FPSR, DSR, FIFO, and COD.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day hub operations and timely deliveries.
* Lead on-ground teams and drive operational excellence.
* Resolve operational challenges and maintain productivity.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Prior experience in Last Mile Operations.
* Hands-on experience in Rider Hiring and Rider Management.
* Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of local geography and PIN codes.
