We are seeking a skilled HTML5 Developer with strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design to develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience converting UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, PSD, or other design mock-ups into high-quality web interfaces.
• Create reusable and maintainable front-end components.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimised for various screen sizes.
• Implement cross-browser compatible solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimise web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Expertise in responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Strong knowledge of Flexbox, CSS Grid, Media Queries, and CSS Animations.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and DOM manipulation.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in performance optimisation and web accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SASS/SCSS or LESS.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in front-end development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
