Job Description HSE Manager (2 Openings)

• Ambience Mall, Gurugram – 1 Opening

Working Days: 6 days a week

Ambience Group is looking for experienced and proactive HSE Managers (Health, Safety & Environment) to oversee health, safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance at its malls in Vasant Kunj and Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor fire detection systems, firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, audits, and emergency mock drills.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with facility management, engineering, security, housekeeping, tenants, and contractors on safety matters.
• Ensure safe working practices during maintenance, construction, and fit-out activities.
• Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for employees, tenants, and contractors.
• Maintain safety documentation, audit reports, incident registers, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor environmental practices, waste management, and hazardous material handling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in shopping malls, commercial buildings, hospitality, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency management, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and reporting skills.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
