HSE Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards, promptly addressing any deficiencies found.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, compiling detailed reports and analysis to prevent future occurrences and improve safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE training, incidents, and inspections, using data to generate insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to all levels of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HSE roles within the relevant industry, demonstrating a strong practical understanding of safety protocols.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse work environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, showing flexibility in adapting to changing safety needs.
• Physical fitness and willingness to conduct fieldwork, including site inspections and safety audits in various conditions.
