Hse Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company HSE standards, and client requirements.
• Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor work permits, lifting operations, work at height, excavation activities, and other high-risk operations.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety procedures across the site.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and crisis management plans.
