HSE Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Provide training on industrial safety practices, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with management teams to integrate HSE considerations into business operations.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as an HSE Manager or similar role.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in health, safety, environment (HSE).
• Strong understanding of ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) principles and practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE strategies.
