Job Purpose:

HSE management for Polycab Unit. Improving HSE culture and implementation of HSE management systems for Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly HSE Audits, BRSR Audits, Internal Audits
• HSE Trainings
• Statistical track and documentation of ISO and HSEMS
• Day to day activities and Site inspections
• Work Permit compliance
• Risk Elimination. Improvising Engineering and Administrative controls, Reporting Near Miss, Safety Observations, Incident Management
• Accident investigations and corrective actions and preventive actions
• PPEs requirements procurement follows up, Firefighting systems requirement follow up
• Compliance to HSE perspectives of Social Audits, Vendor assessments audit and Ethical audits
• Awareness campaigns
• Environmental monitoring, data compilation
• STP / ETP monitoring and compliance
• Implementation of Monthly HSE Themes, Conduct Safety interaction
• Monthly Patrak XGN compliance, Annual returns
• Implementation of Policies
• Any other task assigned to improve HSE culture
