Position: HSE Manager

Job Location: Oman

Salary: 900 OMR

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE, preferably within Solar Power Projects.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety procedures.
• Experience in solar project construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, site audits and safety toolbox meetings.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessments, JSA/JHA and method statements.
• Monitor safe working practices for activities such as electrical works, working at height, lifting operations, excavation and installation of solar panels/equipment.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Oman/GCC HSE regulations and project safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
