About this role
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, training and awareness sessions.
- Implement PTW, WMS, Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work.
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
- Implement H2S control measures and ensure HSE compliance.
- Lead and manage the HSE team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science or HSE.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
- ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Incident Investigation training.
- 8–10 years’ HSE experience, preferably in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
- Minimum 3 years as HSE Engineer managing HSE professionals.
- Good English communication skills.
