About the Role

CBRE is hiring an experienced HSE Analyst for one of its prestigious client sites based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting operational excellence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the site.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills, fire safety programs, and evacuation exercises.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance trackers.
• Conduct employee safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Liaise with client stakeholders, vendors, and statutory authorities on HSE matters.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to site safety requirements.
• Track and analyze HSE metrics and prepare monthly management reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in HSE operations within corporate offices, commercial facilities, manufacturing, or facility management environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, fire safety systems, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
