About this role
Process: Marathi Telecaller - Voice Process
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Follow company guidelines and call scripts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi
- Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to 14,000 (in-hand)
- Attractive performance-based incentives
Working Hours:
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly rotational off
