• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience
• Good customer handling skills
• Inbound voice process experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and queries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain quality and process standards.
• Achieve assigned performance targets.

Salary: 40,000 CTC | 34,000 In-Hand

Shift: Rotational Shift | 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
