Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HRO Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hiring across multiple HR Outsourcing (HRO) functions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HRO profiles, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage recruitment activities from requirement gathering to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding and closure.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various HRO roles.
• Handle recruitment across multiple HRO functions, like (US Payroll, US Benefits, HR Shared Services (HRSS), HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leave of Absence (LOA)), and other HR outsourcing processes.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, negotiate offers, and manage offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously and support volume hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for multiple HRO functions.
• BPO industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment pipeline management.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requirements and volume hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
