HIRING FOR HR ADMIN ( SME & LEAD )

• Need Minimum 4+ Years of experience

• Work from office

• Rotational Shifts

• Package upto: 9 LPA to 12 LPA

• Location : Bangalore

Must Have :-

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations & SAP / Success factor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results and deadline driven
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Reasonable Knowledge of HRO processes like Payroll, Onboarding, Employee Data Maintenance, and Employee separation is mandatory
• Reasonable Knowledge of HRO Audit Processes having performed Internal, Operational and Compliance Audits;

Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language

• Experience of working in a GBS delivery environment
• Experience in executing Analytical Procedures using currently available analytical tools.
• Desirable Knowledge of ERP or Information System Design and Operation such as SAP, Oracle Financials, People Soft, and Workday.
• Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit.
• Metrics & KRIs: Define/audit leading vs. lagging indicators (MTTD, MTTR, patch SLA adherence, phishing resilience).
• Audit Readiness: Evidence lifecycle, sampling strategies, defensible narratives, walkthrough rehearsal.
