HRMS / Payroll / HRIS Product Demo Specialist (Pre-Sales Consultant)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HRMS / Payroll / HRIS Product Demo Specialist to support our Pre-Sales team in showcasing our HR technology solutions to prospective clients. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, providing functional consultations, and supporting the Sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and onsite demonstrations of HRMS, Payroll, HRIS, Attendance, Leave, ESS, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Statutory Compliance modules.
• Travel with Sales and Marketing teams for client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
• Understand client business processes and requirements and map them to product capabilities.
• Create and maintain demo environments, sample databases, and client-specific demo scenarios.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and explain key product features and benefits.
• Provide functional clarifications and address customer queries during demonstrations and discussions.
• Support proposal presentations, RFP responses, and pre-sales documentation activities.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to stay updated on product enhancements and new releases.
• Assist in preparing product brochures, presentations, training materials, and user documentation.
• Collect customer feedback and provide inputs to improve product positioning and usability.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, and HR Processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with HR teams, management, and decision-makers.
• Experience in Product Demonstrations, Software Implementation, Training, or Customer Support.
• Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and product demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or related fields.
• Exposure to HRMS, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or SaaS-based applications will be an added advantage.
