Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for HR applications (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.), including ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution within SLA.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and user communications.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and support documentation while ensuring data security and compliance.
- 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, ERP-HR, or application support.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ticket resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and understanding of service delivery best practices.
