About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS application support and user queries.
- Provide functional and basic technical support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems when required.
- Manage service requests and incident tickets, ensuring closure within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor system performance and take appropriate action on incidents.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business users to resolve application issues.
- Perform application testing and validation after system upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Handle minor system enhancements and change requests from business users.
- Support HR data management, integrations, and data validation activities.
- Assist in SuccessFactors deployments, go-live activities, and user training.
- Generate operational reports and maintain project documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure continuous support for HR systems and business operations.
Required Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or any HR SaaS application.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, ticketing tools, and support processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and business analysis capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS/Application Support.
- Exposure to HR technology implementation, production support, or HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and data management.
Tools & Technologies: SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS Systems, Ticketing Tools, HR SaaS Applications, MS Office.
