HRIS Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personal information, job titles, and employment history.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including setup of accounts, provisioning of access permissions, and completion of required paperwork.
• Troubleshoot issues related to HCM (Human Capital Management) system functionality, such as positioning errors or termination discrepancies.
• Collaborate with shared services team to resolve complex employee-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years' experience in an HRIS Analyst role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of HCM systems like Workday; ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Experience with various aspects of the employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, promotions/terminations.
