HRIS Analyst II

Job Summary:

The Senior People Systems Analyst configures, maintains, and optimizes HR technology platforms to enable efficient, secure, and scalable people processes. This role partners with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into system solutions, improve workflows, and support daytoday system operations. Approximately 30% of the role focuses on application and operational support.

Minimum Qualifications

• 45+ years of experience supporting HR systems or in a related HR technology role
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
• Advanced analytical, problemsolving, solution design, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain system design and dependencies to business users
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Functional configuration experience with Workday
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms and Docebo Learning Management Systems
• Project management experience, including leading initiatives through completion
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory practices

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance HR system workflows to support current and future business needs, including process automation to improve user experience.
• Workday functional configuration experience ( expert) and ServiceNow HRSD ( latter could be beginner level) . Solution design, documentation and deployment experience. Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices. Stakeholder management is also a must.
