HRIS Analyst / Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless HR operations.
• Oversee corporate HR functions such as performance appraisal, PMS, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) and master data management.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors for smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in an HR role in the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
