HRIS Analyst/Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• PMS Management – Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal setting and employee evaluations.
• Mediclaim & Benefits – Handle group mediclaim, insurance and employee benefit administration.
• Master Data Management – Maintain accurate employee master data and HRMS records.
• Employee Lifecycle – Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations and exits.
• HRMIS & Reporting – Prepare HR MIS, reports and ensure data accuracy.
• HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure smooth HR processes, policy adherence and employee query resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in an HR role within the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
