Role & responsibilities

Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Employee Engagement role. Experience in employee engagement, HR policy administration and employee experience initiatives is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Effective communication and employee relationship management. Analytical thinking and data interpretation.

Planning, coordination and execution. Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Confidentiality, integrity and sound judgement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.

Employee-centric approach with a strong focus on organisational values Additional Description: Preferably from Aerospace / Aviation / Manufacturing Industry

Preferred candidate profile

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
