• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
• Good understanding of IT ways of working.
• Provide strategic guidance on people management best practices to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
• Ability to drive/participate in central HR projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and improve overall workplace relations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
