Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through headhunting techniques to fill critical roles.
  
• Coordinate bulk hiring processes for large-scale recruitments.
  
• Ensure timely filling of vacant positions by managing interview scheduling and candidate onboarding.
  
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• 2-6 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function in Gold Loans.
  
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment management with expertise in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
