Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Description:

• Responsible for Employee experience from Onboarding to offboarding
• Must manage all queries and interactions with contract employees
• Conduct employee inductions in-person and/or online for new joiners
• Handle employee queries and grievances & coordinate with respective stakeholders for closure
• Regular Employee pulse check to ensure no unresolved issues or escalations
• Discuss issues and potential escalations with relevant stakeholders
• Scheduled Employee connects at client location and virtual connects
• Required to travel to client location to meet employees as per the need
• Responsible for all email queries and calls getting responded on time
• Is able to suggest process changes to improve employee experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Flexibility to travel to client location including intercity travel
• Reasonable knowledge of Excel and MS office suite

Skills Required:

• Processing knowledge of attendance and payroll process
• Good verbal and written communication
• Employee/ Client interaction in previous role
• Knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of statutory and labour compliances
